Privacy Policy
Sun Marketing, LLC operates LegacyReady Family. This policy explains what information the platform handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your name and email address; information you choose to save in family-preparedness, document, and heritage tools; beneficiary or relative details you enter; purchase confirmation and plan-access information; optional email-marketing consent; support messages; and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Information you choose to add
Planning and family-history information can be sensitive. Add only information you are authorized to provide. Do not enter Social Security numbers, passwords, complete payment-card numbers, bank access codes, or other secrets the planner does not request.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide and save planning tools, display or generate user-requested documents, match eligible purchases to accounts, support users, improve the service, prevent misuse, and send marketing email only when a user has chosen to receive it.
Service providers
We use service providers that help operate the platform, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for account and database services, Stripe for payments, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process information for the services they perform. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by LegacyReady Family.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. You decide when to print, download, or share information with family members or professionals. Creating an account does not authorize automatic calls from attorneys, insurers, funeral homes, or other professionals. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Your choices
You may decline optional marketing consent or unsubscribe from marketing email. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by emailing sunmarketingllc@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal, accounting, or transaction-record purposes.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and established service providers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legitimate legal and operational requirements. See the Security page for practical account-safety guidance.
Children
LegacyReady Family is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service develops. The effective date above identifies the current version.
