These terms govern use of LegacyReady Family, operated by Sun Marketing, LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Educational planning tools only
LegacyReady provides organizational and educational preparation tools. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, financial, insurance, medical, funeral-directing, or other licensed professional advice. Templates are not a substitute for advice from an appropriately licensed professional in your state.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and using the service lawfully. You may not access another person's account, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful or harmful material.
Plans and payments
Free features may be available without purchase. Paid plans provide the access described at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing, included features, and any applicable refund information are presented at checkout or in the offer associated with the purchase.
Your information
You retain responsibility for the accuracy of information you enter and for deciding what to print, download, or share. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
LegacyReady branding, software, site design, and original materials are owned by Sun Marketing, LLC or its licensors. You may use generated planning materials for your personal and family use but may not resell or reproduce the platform itself.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, but we will make reasonable efforts to operate the service reliably.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Sun Marketing, LLC is not responsible for decisions made solely from educational templates or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
